1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing, downloading, installing, or using LionVPN services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
• If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
• If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Creating false accounts or using another person's information to register is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds

• All fees are payable in advance. Subscriptions will automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds of any kind, including for partially used periods.
• You are responsible for evaluating whether the Services meet your needs before purchasing. We offer a free trial period for you to test the Services.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
• You agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees associated with your use of the Services.

• Using the Services for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations is prohibited.
• Using the Services to transmit spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful code is prohibited.
• Using the Services for network attacks, port scanning, denial of service attacks, or any form of network abuse is prohibited.
• Using the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others is prohibited.
• Reselling, sharing, or otherwise distributing access to the Services is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Services or any of its components is prohibited.
• Using the Services to circumvent geo-restrictions to access copyrighted content is prohibited unless you have a legal right to do so.

• The Services and all content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of us or our licensors.
• These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information.
• You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any feedback or suggestions you provide.
• Violation of our intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action.

• We implement a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store your browsing activity.
• The minimal data we collect is used solely to provide and improve the Services.
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.

• You consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will operate uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will bypass all forms of internet censorship or geo-restrictions.
• Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
• We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
• We may limit certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
• Termination of the Services shall not affect any rights or obligations incurred prior to termination.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations.
• If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
• You waive any right to participate in any class action or class arbitration against us.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

• The Services may be subject to export control laws and regulations.
• You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the Services to any prohibited country or individual.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with local laws and regulations.
• We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
• Account termination will not result in a refund for any unused subscription period.
• We may immediately terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, we may retain certain information as required by applicable law.
